Dorinda has a strong record of working for social justice in her community; locally, globally and nationally. She is the mother of two daughters and small business owner.
Over the past 20 years Dorinda has worked in government and non-government sectors, and has made significant contributions to policy and advocacy in the areas of domestic violence, child protection and Aboriginal Justice.
To change Parliament we have to change the elected representatives in it, and add to the strong Blak voices that are already there.
Having grassroots First Nations people representing our communities in the Parliament is the first step towards changing the system to benefit all Australians.
